Mind Share Partners’ 2023 Mental Health at Work Report found that 60% of employees have never spoken to anyone at work about their mental health, even at companies with supports like EAPs.
The report finds that 58% of manufacturing employees said work stress always or often impacted their personal relationships. It also shows that employees with anxiety or insomnia cost employers over 2.6x more in annual health
